Rustic house, located in the center of the municipality of Piedralaves, the most beautiful municipality in the Tietar Valley.
Recently restored, respecting the characteristics of traditional architecture.
Built in 1894 in wood, stone and adobe, its main elements are a beautiful wooden balcony. The main door is an old paneled door preserved in perfect condition.
It is a traditional two-story house. On the main floor is the fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and the living room with fireplace. On the second floor there are two triple bedrooms. Likewise, on this floor there is a bathroom with a shower.
Important information
Its wide sidewalk serves as a relief for the house, ideal for going out with some chairs "to take some fresh air", so as not to lose the good customs of the town.

Piedralaves is a town with traditional architecture, featuring stone constructions with wooden balconies and more stately constructions with carved stone balconies and large overhangs.
